These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations and orders placed with Bionex Global.
1. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture and finish. Specifications are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
2. Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
3. Prices & payment
Prices, currency, taxes and Incoterms are as stated in the quotation. Commodity prices may change with market conditions until the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Quality & claims
Goods are supplied as per the agreed specification. Any quality claim must be reported in writing with photos and batch details within 7 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Bionex Global or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Morbi, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
