Everything you need to know about ordering, specifications, packing, storage and export documents.
1. How to order
- Send your requirement — product, size/grade, quantity, packing and destination.
- Receive a quotation with specifications, price basis (Ex-works / FOB / CIF) and lead time.
- Approve samples (where applicable).
- Confirm the order with a purchase order / proforma invoice.
- Production, quality check & packing.
- Dispatch with documents and tracking.
2. Product specifications
Each product page lists key specifications. Detailed specification sheets, test reports and photos of packing are available on request — contact us or message us on WhatsApp.
3. Agri commodities — quality & packing
- Cleaned, graded and packed as per agreed specification (purity, moisture, size, admixture).
- Standard packing in PP / jute bags; retail and private-label packs on request.
- Third-party inspection and lab analysis can be arranged at the buyer’s request.
- Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
4. Biodegradable tableware — usage & storage
- Suitable for hot, cold, oily and wet food; microwave and freezer safe.
- Not intended for oven baking or direct flame.
- Store cartons in a cool, dry place off the floor, away from moisture.
- After use, dispose of with food/organic waste or in a composting facility.
5. Export documentation
Depending on the product and destination, we can provide:
- Commercial invoice & packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate (agri products)
- Bill of lading / airway bill
- Certificate of analysis or test report (on request)
6. Payment & shipping
Payment terms and Incoterms are agreed per order. Shipments to overseas buyers usually move via Gujarat ports. Domestic orders are dispatched by road transport across India.

Common questions
What products does Bionex Global supply?
Our main business is agri commodities — cumin (jeera) and other spices & seeds, garlic and onion, pulses such as chana and toor dal, and masala powders like turmeric and chilli. We also supply biodegradable bagasse tableware: plates, meal trays, clamshell boxes, bowls and donas.
Which quality grades of cumin and spices do you offer?
We supply machine-cleaned and Sortex-cleaned lots in different purity grades (for example 98%, 99% and 99.5% for cumin), packed to the buyer’s specification. Tell us your required purity, moisture and packing and we will quote accordingly.
Do you provide lab reports and phytosanitary certificates?
Yes. For export shipments we arrange the phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin, and a lab test report / certificate of analysis on request.
Do you export outside India?
Yes. We supply buyers in India and overseas, with export packing and documentation. Share your destination port for a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and packing. Contact us with your requirement and we will suggest the most economical quantity, including trial orders.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are available for most products. Message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form.
Are your bagasse products microwave and freezer safe?
Yes. Our bagasse plates, bowls and boxes are microwave-safe, freezer-safe, oil- and water-resistant and 100% food-grade.
